If you are a First Year or Sophomore with an interest in public policy consider applying to this leadership conference at the Harvard Kennedy School on February 21st. Students admitted to the Public Policy Leadership Conference (PPLC) will hear from guest speakers who share information on graduate programs in public policy, career opportunities, and fellowships. Students who want to explore careers in the non-profit and government sectors have a great resource right here on campus: the Bucknell Public Interest Program (BPIP) and the BPIP Internship Fund. BPIP educates students about non-profit and public service careers, and helps students learn about how to find internships and jobs in these sectors. The BPIP Internship Fund provides financial support for undergraduate students (first-year students, sophomores, and juniors), who have secured full-time, unpaid summer internships with non-profit organization and government offices.
