- Online Info Sessions for the New York University Center for Publishing:Seniors interested in careers in publishing, communications, writing and editing, and journalism should consider attending the online chat about New York University’s 2012 Summer Publishing Institute on March 1st at 7 pm. (RSVP for the March 1st Summer Publishing Institute (SPI) session) or the March 5th (RSVP for the March 5th Master of Science in Publishing: Digital and Print Media session) chat on Master of Science in Publishing at 7 pm. These one-hour online sessions will inform prospective students about our curriculum, career opportunities in publishing, admissions criteria, financial aid and other important topics of interest.
- Interested in interning with DC Public Schools? The Urban Education Leaders Internship Program (UELIP) will be hosting an online information session on Tuesday, March 13th from 12-1pm and from 4-5pm. Learn how you can be part of public education’s greatest turnaround story with DC Public Schools. The UELIP will help you build critical skills in a fast-paced and learning-rich environment. Attend the info session to learn more; application deadline is March 31.
- Seeking a job or internship? Don’t miss the annual WestPACS Job & Internship Fair on Wednesday, March 28, 10 – 3 at the Monroeville Convention Center, Monroeville, PA. Over 110 employers (regional and national) seeking college graduates and current students will be recruiting at the annual WestPACS. - You are invited to participate in the 31st Annual Job Fair for Educators sponsored by the Career Development Center at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Last year’s event brought in many educational employers from Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and this year we expect recruiters to attend from Alaska, California, and Florida. The Fair will be held Wednesday, March 28,10:30-3 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Breinigsville, PA.
- Focus The Nation’s 2012 ReCharge Retreat: Applications for 2012’s ReCharge! Retreat are now open. Application deadline is April 1st, 2012. This summer’s ReCharge!
