CDC Intern Pick: Little League Baseball & Clark Construction

This weeks intern picks include a couple Summer 2017 opportunities open to all majors. 

  1. Graphic Arts Internship, Little League Baseball Inc – Apps due April 10
  2. HR Training and Development Internship, Clark Construction Group – Apps due April 16

As a graphic arts intern, students will assist Little League’s Graphic Designers in design projects, print shop projects, social media graphics, administrative tasks, and other daily tasks as assigned. Interns can begin as early as April and will work 2-3 days a week with a total of 14-21 hours. Other possible tasks interns will be requested to complete include, resizing artwork for online and print purposes, supporting the Graphic Arts Coordinator in print and post production process within Little League’s print shop as well as similar assignments. Prefered applicants are ones majoring in Graphic Arts or Marketing Design although all majors are welcome to apply. All applicants should, however, have strong organizational, communication, and computer skills as well as be rising juniors or seniors.

  • Graphic Arts Internship, Little League Baseball Inc, South Williamsport, PA – Apply By Monday, April 10th

This next pick is an internship in the Human Resources Department of Clark Construction at an office located in Bethesda Maryland. The listing is looking for a Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree related to organizational development or human resources although all are welcome to apply. The position requires interns to perform duties including ones such as assisting with preparing orientation schedules and materials and also maintaining inventory of human resources documents and supplies. Well suited candidates should be able to balance working in a fast paced environment, work with direction from a supervisor as well as independently, and recommend or create process improvements when needed.
