Be a Bucknell Alumni Ambassador!

Do you love Bucknell? Do you bleed blue and orange? Do you have devoted interest in the past, present and future generations of Bucknell students? Would you like to cultivate this interest by meeting hundreds of Bucknell Alumni? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you should consider becoming a Student Reunion Ambassador for the 2017 Reunion Weekend!

The Student Ambassador Program is an integral part of Bucknell’s annual Reunion Weekend. The program thrives on the commitment and leadership of student ambassadors. The program hires 40 motivated, responsible students who are interested in helping execute Reunion Weekend.

Ambassadors help ensure alumni have a positive experience during Reunion Weekend, provide assistance to alumni as needed, help with implementation of events and serve as liaisons to reunion classes who return for the four days of festivities. Specific responsibilities include welcoming alumni back to campus, talking to alumni about student life, helping alumni check-in at Reunion Headquarters, helping host reunion class events, decorating event sites, staffing game booths at the festival, setting up or cleaning up from various activities, assisting alumni with luggage and much more. It is all about creating a wonderful experience for Bucknell alumni returning to campus to celebrate the anniversary of their graduation.

Serving as an ambassador will give you a glimpse into what happens beyond student life at Bucknell. You will have the opportunity to meet with more than 1,000 alumni over a four day period.
