Bucknell Undergraduate Executive Internship Program Info Sessions

The current Executive Interns will host 3 February information sessions to talk about the Undergraduate Executive Internship Program and share their experiences. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend an information session to ask questions and gather full information about operations of the program. All three information session serve the same purpose, so prospective applicants need not attend more than one. More about the program.

The Undergraduate Executive Internship Program, an on-campus internship during the academic year, seeks highly motivated students dedicated to the betterment of the University. Interns work closely with the Senior Staff and representatives from major University stakeholders in various University offices like the Division of Communications, Office of the President, Office of Human Resources, Division of Athletics, Office of Endowments & Investments, Office of the Dean of Arts & Sciences, Development and Alumni Relations and more. The Undergraduate Executive Interns participate in many projects and events and work with one or multiple mentors. Additionally, they take part in a variety of group and professional opportunities, including luncheons with Deans and Administrators, Homecoming and Trustees Weekend, and community service projects.

This program creates opportunities for students to sharpen professional and interpersonal skills and strengthens relationships between administrators and students, all while supporting the University’s mission. The program creates well-rounded, professional students by providing mentorship opportunities with senior staff and administrators, facilitating interactions between interns and prominent University stakeholders, and working on meaningful projects that affect the University.

The application opened on the Bridge on February 1, with a deadline ofFebruary 20th. Applicants will submit a Resume, Cover Letter with references, and Writing Sample, and will be notified about the first round of interviews at the end of February.
