Around the world more and more organizations have started tackling social issues, particularly in developing countries. As an intern at the ThinkImpact Institute, you would develop skills and gain experience that make you valuable as an employee while making an impact around the world. Kigali in Rwanda, Durban in South Africa and Panama City in Panama are the  three destinations in which you could be working as part of ThinkImpact’s Design Team. In the design team, most of your work will be centered around research, design, prototyping and testing centered around social innovation and entrepreneurship. The skills would give you exposure to a wide variety of expertise as technical, financial and societal considerations need to be made.Working in a different culture is also incredibly valuable as it can enhance your perspective and challenge you to grow as a person. Applications for this unpaid internship are due by April 22; apply through the BRIDGE and then complete your application on their website.

If you have a passion about clothing and the fashion world, CollegeFashionista.com is looking for a team of interns to report on the fashion trends that occur around their college campuses. As an intern, you will be in charge of capturing street style photography and writing content based on your findings. Immersion is one of the hallmarks of the CollegeFashionista.com internship as you will not only perform photography and content creation, but will also network with fashion industry executives, attend webinars and other skill building exercises. Being proactive is something that employers are constantly looking for, and as an intern you will have that opportunity to work on brand campaigns and organize local fashion events. Students must own or have access to a camera for this position with SLR cameras being preferred. The deadline for the application is April 20; apply through the BRIDGE and then go to the website to complete your application.
