If conducting research and analysis for client deliverables, interacting with the client and account teams and collaborating across our organization to support key business and process improvement initiatives appeals to you, do not forget to apply on the BRIDGE  by Monday, October 6th!

As for my second peer pick, I chose the Information Technology Leadership Program!
GE’s Information Technology Leadership Program is a key entry point for IT professionals at GE and designed to attract high-potential candidates looking to further develop their technology ability and business acumen. Participants gain hands-on experience in system implementation, technical design and architecture, and operational excellence as they transition from academia to the working world. Program members get access to choose rotations in a variety of disciplines (e.g. system implementations, technical design/architecture, and operational excellence) and have the chance to accelerate their future at GE. This opportunity is a full-time, two-year program consisting of multiple assignments from which program members get to choose. The program enables you to take 15 credits of graduate-level university classes in technology areas such as in business intelligence, mobile application design and development, project management, and leadership training over the two years. Moreover, you will be involved in application development, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, systems management and optimization, business process re-engineering, infrastructure management and environmental design, and security and controller-ship. If this sounds like something you could do post grad, do not forget to apply on the BRIDGE by Monday, October 6th also!
