Jared and Jason Bilanin, both Bucknell alums from 1996 are partners in their firm, Real Estate Growth Advisors (“REGA”). Jason runs the finance side and Jared runs the physical plant and engineering side. REGA owns and operates well located, quality multi-family and mixed-use commercial real estate providing long-term investors with stable risk-adjusted returns. REGA specializes in creating value through repositioning assets, implementing its disciplined “hands on” property management, and ultimately increasing property cash flows. REGA focuses on properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Eastern Pennsylvania, targeting high quality under-valued investments.

3. From 7:00 – 8:30pm Silverman Master Class in Real Estate will give students an opportunity to gain some exposure to industry professionals in real estate.
4. The evening wraps up with Q&A.
