What better way to make potential connections than by using the Alumni Directory in B-Link, which [Seniors] you now all have automatic access to….access to over 48,000 alumni that is!

To make the most of this resource make sure you read our tips on reaching out effectively to alumni
First time log-in
- Go to B-Link: www.b-link.bucknell.edu
- Click “first time login” (upper left corner)
- Type your last name and click find
- Find your name and click on button next to your name, click next.
- Enter your Bucknell ID (8 digits) click verify
- Your profile appears, edit as necessary
- Create your username and password (middle of the page)
- Terms and conditions, click yes…we trust you’ll read them later
- Go to the bottom of the screen and save
Some fun features include:
- Classes, Clubs,Networks – similar to Facebook groups…don’t see one you like? Create your own!
- Alumni Directory – searchable by industry, major, employer, location, etc.
- Career Advisor Volunteer Search (new) – formerly known as BisonConnect and now even better, this search function allows you to access a database of alumni who have specifically indicated their willingness to be contacted by students for informational interviewing, networking, guidance, or a good place to eat in their current city.
- “News for Alumni”- video clips, Bucknell Magazine online, and more.
- Class Notes—search and post and see what your classmates and other Bucknellians are up to!

B-Link is Bucknell’s online community where Bucknell alumni, students, faculty and staff can connect. Keeping in accordance with past years, seniors in their second semester now have automatic access to the alumni directory (and therefore the B-Link community). Those seniors who were able to gain access earlier by reading the Alumni Directory Use and completing the quiz have a distinct advantage in that they have knowledge to make them more effective and confident in their networking.
