Congrats to the 2011 BPIP Internship Fund Recipients!

Michael Kurban '12 - interned at Community Legal Aid Institute in Jakarta, Indonesia on behalf of International Bridges to Justice in Geneva, Switzerland with the support of the Laura Kinney '81 & Arthur Maidman Internship Fund

40 remarkably hardworking students are the happy recipients of a stipend that will help them gain valuable experience from a non-paid internship in the non-profit or public sectors.  The BPIP Internship stipend is funded entirely through the generous donations of alumni, parents and friends of Bucknell. Since it’s founding in 2001, the BPIP Internship Fund has assisted over 200 students in pursuing internship experiences in the public interest sector.

Check out who they are and what they are doing this summer here.

To learn more about the program, check out pictures, and see spotlights of past recipients please visit the BPIP website

Are you a past Internship Fund Recipient? Then we’d love to hear from you! We are always interested in what you are currently doing and if you are interested in assisting with the future development of BPIP.
