Multicultural Student Services along with the Career Development Center will present a panel of professionals representing Deloitte Consulting LLP to discuss diversity in the workplace. The panel will be sharing their insights on what an increasingly diverse work environment means for those entering the work force as well as those trying to prepare for success in this ever-changing environment. Over the past few years business clients have come to expect a level of diversity from competitive organizations and teams. The panel will discuss what some of the drivers are behind this growing expectation for diversity as well as how best to prepare for it.
