Learn from a panel of alumni doctoral students and faculty advisors about graduate school in the sciences:  why go, for what types of careers, when and how to apply, fellowships, and resources available on and off campus; there will be time for questions and answers during and after the program.

Panelists:

  • Sara Fenstermacher ’08, PhD candidate, Neuroscience, Harvard University
  • Carolyn Ritterson Lew ’04, PhD candidate, Cell and Molecular Biology, Boston University
  • Andrea Halpern, Professor of Psychology and Graduate School Advising Coordinator, Bucknell
  • Owen Floody, Professor of Psychology and Departmental Graduate School Advisor for Neuroscience, Bucknell
  • David Schoepf, Associate Professor of Physics & Astronomy and Departmental Graduate School Advisor for Physics & Astronomy, Bucknell

This panel will present information for students of all class years but will be particularly beneficially for sophomores and juniors, who want to learn about graduate school in the sciences.
