This program will provide international students with basic information and knowledge on legal procedures for doing internships and working in the U.S. What is OPT and CPT ? What are H1-B visas? How to go through the process of completing the paper work? How does one become a lawful permanent resident (“green card”)? These are legal procedures that international students must know before doing internships or working in the U.S. An update on current legal issues for international students and recent graduates will also be provided.
Open to international faculty and staff as well.
