If you answered yes to the questions above then this internship is for you.  Oceans Research is accepting applications for the 2010/2011 internship program. Interns will be working on many of the ongoing marine predator research projects carried out on the coast of Southern Africa.

Oceans Research provides training opportunities for aspiring marine scientists, conservationists, and explorers.

In their  internship program, interns will receive unprecedented practical training in marine research techniques to study mega-fauna including sharks, rays, marine mammals and turtles. Educational trips for study groups who wish to visit the laboratories are also available. Mossel Bay (South Africa), Skeleton Coast (Namibia) and Zavora (Mozambique).
