Teach For America Information Session

Thursday, April 29th
7:00-8:00pm

ELC Gallery Theater

Stephen Wakulchik, Bucknell’s Campus Campaign Coordinator and recently accepted 2010 Bay Area corps member will be speaking about the specifics of Teach for America, his experiences with the organization, and answering questions about how TFA may fit into a variety of post-graduate plans, setting corps members up for successful and meaningful careers later in life.

Please attend this event to learn more, and to show your support for our efforts to close the achievement gap that exists in our country. Students of all years and academic majors are welcome. We look forward to seeing you there!

Teach For America is the national movement to end educational inequity. We seek to end the disparities that exist between our schools in low-income communities and more affluent areas, through enlisting our nation’s top student leaders from all academic backgrounds and majors to work as full-time, paid teachers in one of our 35 urban and rural regions across the country.
