Vanguard announces 2 student scholarship opportunities!

The Vanguard Women in Information Technology Scholarship provides merit-based scholarships of up to $8,000.00 to female students studying computer science, computer engineering, web design or another IT-related field. To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a female college student entering your senior year of college in fall 2010.
  • Be enrolled full-time in a four-year accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Be pursuing a major in computer science, computer engineering, web design, or another IT-related discipline.
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.

The Vanguard Scholarship Program provides merit-based scholarships of up to $10,000.00 to students pursuing studies in business, finance, economics, accounting, information technology and liberal arts. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be entering their senior year of college in fall 2010.
  • Be a member of a racial minority.
  • Be enrolled full-time in a four-year accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Be pursuing studies in business, finance, economics, accounting, information technology or the liberal arts.
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Be a U.S, citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
