SUMMER UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES AT NIST

Another great opportunity we saw in the Message Center that we wanted to make sure you didn’t miss: The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is now accepting applications for the 2014 Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships (SURF) programs at its Gaithersburg, MD, and Boulder, CO campuses. These programs provide research opportunities for undergraduate students to work with internationally known NIST scientists and gain exposure to cutting-edge research. The SURF programs are supported by the National Science Foundation, and each summer, students spend about 11 weeks at one of the NIST sites, meeting peers and gaining valuable hands-on research experience. B-Link Access – How to use Network Access

Once you’ve have become an official Bucknell alum (after First Night), you have network access to B-Link, the online alumni directory.  This means you can access the alumni information through the networks to which they belong (location, major, professional network, etc.)  Here is how you use it: Log in to your B-Link account (use the first time log-in if you haven’t logged in before and create your account).
