On-Campus Recruiting, also known as OCR, provides Bucknell students the opportunity to interview with employers who visit the Career Center during the Fall and Spring semesters. Full-time entry-level jobs and summer internships, primarily in business and technical fields, are offered through the OCR program. OCR interviews occur from mid September through mid November for the Fall semester and late January through mid April for the Spring semester. Have you ever been unsure about what you want to do after you graduate? I’m sure a ton of us have. The best way to figure out what you’re interested in is to talk with alumni to get some insight into different industries! The other week I was able to interview an alumna who was willing to give me an inside look into the Management Consulting Industry. When I was in graduate school I had to do a mock interview in front of my entire class. Then the class, as well as my Professor (who had 7 Masters and 2 Ph.D’s –no joke!) critiqued me.
