Mike is a highly decorated former Navy SEAL. He served in team 5, with the man who is the subject of the recently released movie, American Sniper. After his discharge he has created a business and a profound reputation training and supplying military dogs to branches of the service and training handlers for the special forces.He has spoken not only on the subject of dogs of war, but motivating people on what was required to become a SEAL. He has been interviewed on 60 Minutes, Fox and other networks. He is also the founder of The Warrior Dog Foundation.
Mr. Ritland’s speech will be life lessons related to what it means to have goals, fight through pain and disappointment and self sacrifice. It would be the hope that the audience learns that failure and disappointment make one better; and not quitting is the only option.
