In case you missed the Message Center post, we wanted to share the following information on behalf Samek Art Museum. Princeton Prof John Wilmerding will be coming to campus to give a public talk on his work with Alice Walton on the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and how entrepreneurship played a big role in this process.
John Wilmerding is Princeton Professor Emeritus of American Art and the former Deputy Director of the National Gallery of Art. During his stay, he’ll ALSO be leading a master class exclusively for Bucknell students on the process of curating a new exhibition of work by artist Robert Indiana.
