You will have a variety of tasks such as general administrative duties (phones, filing, copying, faxing, shipping), creating messaging concerning upcoming and current releases for digital and theatrical on all social media channels, assisting in film specific and thematic social media promotions, giveaways and YouTube playlists, managing the hand-off of Facebook Ad Billing and Check Requests to Accounting, assisting in mailings for PR and Social Media Giveaways as well as PR press materials, creating marketing materials for use in sales meetings and vendor pitches, grassroots outreach through both social media and email (including follow-ups and questions regarding the affiliate program), liaising with the theatrical team to ensure asset delivery for home video usage, managing art requests for Social Media campaigns and billboard requests for company website (featuring our most note-worthy and exciting up-coming releases), researching daily news regarding any titles, using Social Media tools to gain larger audiences on Twitter (Tweepi, Buzzstream), managing Google Alerts (weed though mentions of our films on Google looking for suspicious and un-authorized video to be sent to legal), and updating the Social Media Calendar (keeping up to date information on changing releases and distribution of work load among social media department).
