I may be showing my age here when I say that I remember when MTV actually used to play music videos. Since then it has spawned the reality TV genre; often taken it to new levels…both high and very low. But finally there is a reality show on MTV we can get behind – MTV Hired
So tonight, MTV will make every career center’s day (well night), as the network premieres its newest reality show, which follows colleges grads looking for cool entry-level jobs. We’re excited to see what MTV Hired is all about, as well as to find out whether or not we agree with the strategies the job seekers use!

I remember when MTV was really “MTV” and all there was, was great music videos around the clock… I’m still trying to figure out what was wrong with that. I guess I grew up in a time where TV was an escape from reality. Now… too many are enamored with “reality TV” and it’s a weird twisted reality at that.
