Bucknell Public Interest Program (BPIP) Internship Fund

The BPIP Internship Fund provides funding for selected undergraduate students (first-year students, sophomores, and juniors), who have secured full-time, unpaid summer internships with non-profit organization and government offices. The Fund helps students to gain valuable experience in their field of study and enhances Bucknell’s strong reputation in the workforce. The stipend amount is $3,000 and the application process is competitive. Students who want to explore careers in the non-profit and government sectors have a great resource right here on campus: the Bucknell Public Interest Program (BPIP) and the BPIP Internship Fund. BPIP educates students about non-profit and public service careers, and helps students learn about how to find internships and jobs in these sectors. Princeton in Africa Fellowships

I’d say that one of the only downsides to this job is learning about all the awesome opportunities out there that I am no longer eligible for. For instance: Princeton in Africa (PiAf), which offers yearlong fellowship opportunities with a variety of organizations that work across the African continent. PiAf Fellows work in service-oriented positions in many different fields, including humanitarian aid, public health, conservation, and education.
