First Night

First Night is a fourteen year old tradition held early in the Spring Semester as a celebration for the first-year class to mark the successful completion of their first semester and the beginning of their life-long journey as Bucknellians. In preparation for the event, each first-year class selects class colors and a motto and designs a class crest incorporating these symbols. In addition, each residence hall floor decorates two pages with photos, drawings, and quotes to reflect their first semester at Bucknell. Harvard Kennedy School Public Policy & Leadership Conference

If you are a First Year or Sophomore with an interest in public policy consider applying to this leadership conference at the Harvard Kennedy School on February 21st. Students admitted to the Public Policy Leadership Conference (PPLC) will hear from guest speakers who share information on graduate programs in public policy, career opportunities, and fellowships. Several Harvard professors, staff, and students conduct various workshops on policy issues, career planning, resume building, and leadership.
