Just like last semester we will be publishing our “This Week In” post every Saturday (also look for this in the Message Center on Sundays) to help you plan for the week ahead, and while our full schedule of programs doesn’t really start until next week (Jan 21) we wanted to remind you of the recurring programs we offer. What I like to call “Every Week In.”
- NEW THIS SEMESTER: LinkedIn Profile Reviews on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:30- 3:30 pm you can set up an appointment ahead of time or walk-in between 1:30 – 3:30 for reviews of your LinkedIn profile.
- Quick Questions – walk-in hours for all sorts of things are every Monday – Friday from 1:30 – 3:30 pm in the CDC, you just need to walk in!
- BRIDGE Quick Questions are Monday – Friday from 3:30 – 4:30, once you get the hang of the BRIDGE you will wonder what took you so long but we know it’s not without it’s hiccups so if you are having any issues stop by and we can help.
- Interviewing Tips will be every Monday (starting 1/28) at 4pm in the CDC, this is your chance to get information about recruitment procedures, inside tips about employers who recruit on campus, and a tour of CDC interview rooms.
- Pre-Law Advisor Walk-in Hours are Tuesday – Friday from 1:00 – 2:00, for questions about pre-law and the law school application process
- Pre-Health Advisor Walk-in Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1:00 – 2:00, for questions about pre-health and the pre-health application process.
And a couple of big save the dates:
- Internship & Job Fair on Tuesday, Jan. 29 from 11-2:30 pm in Davis Gym; stop by any time to meet, gain information about industries and employers, and learn about possible internship and job opportunities from the 60+ companies coming to campus.
- Communications and Arts Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 5:30-7:30 pm in NYC for a fair focused on the communications and arts industries. See what companies are coming.
- D.C. Career Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 6-8 p.m in DC for a career fair emphasizing government, public sector and public interest opportunities. See what companies are coming.
