It’s that time of year again – Employer Expo!

The annual Employer Expo is Thursday, September 20th on campus! Who’s excited? We’ve got a ton of stuff going on around the fair so I’ll spare you my witty intros and get right to it.

First of all – make sure you check which organizations are registered (so far) so you know what companies you will definitely want to hit and you can do some research on them (to help impress them!).

Secondly – make sure you also check the BRIDGE for updates and more employer sessions

  • Expo Prep Session & Resume Workshops
    Sept. 14 at 12 in ELC Gallery Theatre
    Sept. 18 at 5 in ELC Center Room
    Learn how to make the most of Employer Expo! We’ll discuss what to expect and the most effective ways to connect with employers at a large scale on-campus career fair. After stay for a session to get your resume ready for the fair.
  • Resumania
    Sept. 18 from 11-3:30 in the CDC (Botany Building)
    Sept. 19 from 11-3:30 in the CDC
    Bring a hard copy (printed out) of your resume for walk-in hour resume reviews to get you ready for Expo
  • Ventera Info Session & LUNCH
    Sept. 19, Noon, Dana 113
    Open to all students interested in/studying Computer Science
  • Info Session: Discover Becker and the CPA
    Sept. 19, 5-7pm, Taylor 113
    PwC reps, in collaboration with the Accounting Club, bring you this presentation where students can learn about the CPA exam and ask questions to Bucknell alumni who have just achieved their CPA.
  • Abercrombie & Fitch Career Fair Prep
    Sept. 19 at  7-8pm in ELC Walls Lounge
    Learn a few simple tips from Abercrombie & Fitch while enjoying desserts and refreshments, meet our alumni staff, and explore job and internship opportunities at A&F!
  • EMPLOYER EXPO!
    Sept. 20 from  11-2:30pm in the  Fieldhouse
    Come ready to network with employers!
  • Employer Panel: What do Accountants do?
    Sept. 20 at 4-5pm in Rooke Chem 116
    Many students don’t realize the variety of career options available to people with accounting or financial management backgrounds. This panel is designed to provide information about what real accountants actually do for a living and consists of people from both public accounting and industry that are already here for the Expo, including Johnson & Johnson, PwC, KPMG, McGladrey, and T.Rowe Price.

    Acme Packet: 5pm, Dana 113
