In this case, technological advancements have brought about a new way of interviewing, namely Interview Stream. Instead of the traditional Skype interview, candidates for jobs now might have to record previously selected questions to be submitted to their prospective employers. Famous employers that have started to use this innovational interviewing process are Johnson and Johnson, as well as Hershey. The only small change is the seamless link to myBucknell where we store most of our information that is relevant to current students is no longer as seamless. B-Link Access – How to use Network Access

Once you’ve have become an official Bucknell alum (after First Night), you have network access to B-Link, the online alumni directory.  This means you can access the alumni information through the networks to which they belong (location, major, professional network, etc.)  Here is how you use it: Log in to your B-Link account (use the first time log-in if you haven’t logged in before and create your account). Tips for Skype Interviewing

Bucknell is situated in an often ideal location but when it comes to getting to interviews it can present a challenge. Luckily Skype (or video) interviewing is becoming increasingly acceptable and sometimes even preferable for many employers.
