Tips for Skype Interviewing

Bucknell is situated in an often ideal location but when it comes to getting to interviews it can present a challenge. Luckily Skype (or video) interviewing is becoming increasingly acceptable and sometimes even preferable for many employers. Video interviews, conducted using Skype or any other video conferencing software,  may be held during any state of the interview process. Always wear pants, know where you are, tell all your friends, and other Skype Interviewing Tips

Re-sharing some tips I learned from the Intern Queen when she came to campus (way back when) regarding interviewing and the increasingly popular Skype interview. Here is my take on her tips: Always Wear Pants: This is a good lesson for life in general but we’ll just stick to the reasons why in regards to interviewing.
