Thinking about Graduate School in the future?  Two department graduate school advisors will host sessions about applying for graduate school in their disciplines.  This is geared toward Juniors but open to interested students who plan to apply to graduate school starting in the Fall of 2012 or later. There may be a debate about who actually said this famous line but there is no debate in its call to action, “go west!” Recently the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) released a survey that indicates that the “Midwest Leads in Hiring Projection Increase.” The good news is: hiring plans are increasing! According to the survey, Responses indicate that the increase in college hiring will be highest in the Midwest, where employers expect to hire 18.5 percent more college graduates in 2012 than they did in 2011.
