In February 2015, Garrett and English Professor Carmen Gillespie will workshop their new composition “The Ghosts of Monticello” with the Bucknell Opera Company. Heading towards a world premiere in 2015, “The Ghosts of Monticello” is slated to be made into film in the future. Professor Gillespie will also join the lunch to talk about her work as the librettist.
