Did you know that each department has an advisor that can help you if you are thinking about or planning to go to grad school. The Graduate School Advising page has been updated with current departmental and fellowship advisors. Departmental advisors are all happy to help you with preliminary or specific questions about graduate school in the various disciplines. You will also find a great list of Fellowships that you may not have known about and an on-campus advisor for each one that can help you learn more, see if you are eligible, or navigate the process.
The CDC will be presenting “Graduate School Strategies” along with the Graduate School Advising Coordinator Professor Andrea Halpern at Noon on Thursday, October 3, Taylor 208. Everyone is welcome and a light lunch is included. This workshop will provide current information and perspectives about the choice to go to graduate school, as well as share suggestions for making yourself a competitive applicant among the many.

For health, law or MBA advisors check here. In the CDC you can make an appointment to meet with the pre-health or pre-law advisors. We highly recommend this if you are considering graduate studies in the health professions or Law School. We will also be hosting a Health and Law School Fair on-campus on Wednesday, October 16 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Terrace Room.
