- Panelists:
Thomas Cremins ’85, Senior Advisor to the Administrator (of NASA) for Strategy and Policy Implementation.
Tom directs Agency legislative strategies, program assessments, policy analyses and relationships with scientific and business communities. Of particular importance is his oversight of NASA’s relationships with its Authorizing Committees: the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee and the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology. - Kenneth (Ken) Durr ’82, President, Treasurer and Chief Operations Officer of Durr Mechanical Construction, Inc., a thirty-year old multi-generational family-owned business that has grown into one of the largest union Specialty Contractors in the Power, Process and Commercial HVAC markets in the Northeast.
- Robert Foresman ’90, heads Barclays’ businesses in Russia and represents and coordinates the activities of Barclays Group in the country, including investment banking and investment management.
Robert joined Barclays in 2009 from Renaissance Capital, where he was deputy chairman and was previously with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was Chairman of the Management Committee for Russia and the CIS. - Taylor Lukof ’03, Founder/Chief Investment Officer of ABR Management LLC, a quantitative hedge fund strategy managed as a Registered Investment Adviser founded in 2010. In 2015, Taylor also became Founder/Chief Executive Officer of ABR Dynamic Funds, LLC, a subsidiary focused on licensing IP to index providers and liquid alternative strategies.
- Dr. Victor Marks ’74, Dermatologist at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
In 2000, Dr. Marks served as Interim President and CEO of the Geisinger Health System. - Gary Scott ’86, President of General Brokerage of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest privately held residential real estate company in the United States.
- H.J. Willcox ’88, Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of AQR Capital Management, a global asset management firm based in Greenwich, CT. Prior to AQR, H.J. was Global Head of Compliance and Counsel at KKR & Co., and before that was Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at Silver Point Capital LP.
- Moderator: Michael Johnson Cramer, Associate Professor of Global Strategies and Ethics and the Director of the Bucknell School of Management.
Michael Johnson Cramer also serves as a core faculty member for the School’s Global Management program. He writes on issues of stakeholder management, strategic change, and decision-making in global companies. His work has been published in journals such as Strategic Organization, Organization Studies, the Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Business Ethics, and California Management Review. He is former associate editor of Business & Society. He consults on strategic planning and visioning with companies, professional firms, and non-profit organizations. Michael holds degrees from Harvard University, Université Libre de Bruxelles, and Boston University, has been a visiting fellow at Nottingham University (UK), and sits on the advisory board of the Rassias Center at Dartmouth College.
