NJ Samsung Site Visit & NYC Interview Workshop and Practice
Open to seniors and juniors of all majors
Deadline to sign up is Nov 4, spots are limited and filled once a student completes the steps below
Site visit to Samsung headquarters in Ridgefield Park, NJ to learn about their full time and internship opportunities, followed by an interviewing workshop with alumna, Janet Walsh, CEO of Birchtree Global, LLC and then interview practice with Bucknell and non–Bucknell CEOs and department heads in various industries.
This is a great opportunity to visit one of America’s fastest-growing companies, and one of the world’s premier technology companies dedicated to innovation, as the possibilities for talented, creative, and dedicated people at Samsung truly are endless and they really want to meet BUCKNELL STUDENTS! In addition, the interviewing practice afterward will assist not only with the skills necessary to obtain that internship or full time position, but provide networking connections with executives.
A students confirmation of attendance is not complete until you have:
- Registered on the BRIDGE here
- Stopped by the CDC with a $20 refundable deposit. Refundable when the student gets on the bus or only if the student cancels more than 48 business hours before the event.
- E-mailed Missy (mmg019@bucknell.edu) resume, picture (head shot preferred), and short 2-3 sentence bio to share with Samsung executives per their request.
Transportation will be provided from campus. The bus leaves at 9:30am (time subject to change) and returns to campus at 11:30pm.
