We are seeking highly motivated, articulate people to join our team. Candidates enter the RAMP Program (Rapid Account Manager Prep) for 12 months; rock stars could move out faster, it is up to you! During the training, you will support sales account managers- who will teach you the tricks of the trade, making calls and getting feedback from clients and prospects. We are seeking motivated self-starters to join our recruiting team. IT Recruiters are responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending candidates for employment and consulting services. In addition, IT recruiters assist account managers with coordinating interviews with the client and extending offers of employment. We are looking for candidates who have a competitive drive and can be efficient team players. Candidates must have a desire to stay abreast of cutting edge trends and innovations in technology and possess the ability to learn best practices in recruiting. Recruiting experience is a huge plus.
