The Bucknell Media and Technology Network (BMTN) is extending an invitation to SENIORS to attend:
A MEDIA CONVERGENCE: How companies such as NBC Universal, Comcast and Time Warner are employing different strategies for success in the current economic climate.

The event will feature an expert panel of Bucknell alumni currently working in different areas of the media industry. They will be sharing essential information and thoughts about the state of the industry today as well as forecasting the trends for 2010. There will also bean opportunity for networking.

Panelists are:

  • Charlie Collier, `91, President & General Manager, AMC Television Network
  • Michael Benevento `93, Portfolio Manager, Hilltop Park Associates
  • Scott Singer `87, Managing Director & Head of Media & Entertainment, The Bank Street Group

REGISTRATION (mandatory) ON THE BRIDGE by March 4th at 11:59 p.m., Space available to first 30 students

Once registered on the BRIDGE you must see Kay Heimbach in the Alumni House to pay $10 (cash or charge BU ID). Deadline to register is Thursday, March 4, at 11:59 p.m.

Transportation is available from campus. A bus will leave from campus at 1:00 pm sharp. To reserve a seat on the bus, sign up with Kay Heimbach in the Alumni House by March 8th with a $20 refundable, cash deposit
