Award-winning film and TV director Robert Mandel ’67, will host an open forum about his journey from Bucknell to Hollywood. He’ll review clips from his film and television productions, share tips on the film industry and take Q&A.

Mr. Mandel is currently Dean of the American Film Institute Conservatory and his film credits include FX, School Ties, Big Shots, and The Substitute. He has also directed numerous television movies for HBO, Fox, ESPN, Lifetime and A&E, as well as episodic television such as The X-Files (pilot), Lost and Prison Break.
As part of Homecoming Weekend, Mr. Mandel will receive the Bucknell Association for the Arts Academy of Artistic Achievement Award.
